Contact the Co-ordinators for queries related to assignments allocated to you, eg if you are unable to complete an assignment or you are unsure about any aspect of how to do the Assignment.
Quality Controllers read and edit every questionnaire completed by a shopper. Contact Quality Control for queries arising from the completion of the questionnaires or the entry of the data into the Shopper Portal.
Some Assignments require follow-up, use this email address to send details of follow up actions.

Hoed does not provide technical support by phone. Shoppers experiencing difficulty with the the Hoed Shopper Portal may contact Tech Support for advice. Please provide as much information as possible, details of the error message and of course don't forget to include your name and Shopper number.
